Dispensing Pressure vessel holds liquid for filtration through Anachem Lab Pressure- operated filter holders if connected to an external pressure source. We Manufacture the body and fittings using 365 SS, incorporate a Viton O-ring, and mold the base with styrene butadiene rubber.

Vacuum / Pressure Pump

The portable AC-powered vacuum source provides a vacuum of 585 mm / 23″ Hg (at mean sea level) and a pressure of 4 bar / 58 psig for filtering liquids or gases. It is suitable for continuous or intermittent use with all types of filter holders. The air flow at various vacuum and pressure settings is provided in the attached information (for vacuum operation, the pump exit pressure is 1 atmosphere). The motor comes with permanent lubrication and has a thermal overload switch with automatic reset to ensure protection.

SS Filter Holder 47mm

SS Filter Holder, 47 mm Vacuum filtering liquids for analysis of particulate or biological contamination analysis via vacuum filtration. Funnel base and support screen are made of SS anodized locking ring. Teflon gaskets, grounding set and silicon stopper.

Vacuum Trap

In Contamination Analysis Kit During the vacuum filtration of liquids to prevents liquids or mist entering the pump, Anachem lab recommends use of vacuum trap between vacuum pump and filter holder. This Assembly consists of vacuum filtering flask, silicon stopper, glass tube and vacuum hose.

Filter Gun Solvent Dispenser

Used to spray Concentrated jet of ultraclean solvent of rinse solution on surfaces for cleaning. SST filter holder with support screen is meant to Accommodate 25mm membrane filters.

Wide Mouth Wash Bottle

Translucent and low density polyethylene is used to make wide mouth wash bottles. These bottles allow for easy Dispensing of solutions by gently squeezing the bottle. Users can direct the flexible polyethylene delivery tube wherever they need.

Petri Slides (Optional)

Petri Slides (optional) Holds filter securely in place. Transparent cover allow Microscopic Examinations without removal. Rectangular base has rounded corner for mounting on microscope stage. Recommended for storage.

Vacuum filtering Flask

Used for Vacuum filtration with Anachem Lab filter holder, side arm connects to vacuum source with vacuum hose. Also used as water trap to prevent liquid / mist entering the pump.
