Condenser Capacity and Temperature: SS, non Magnetic, argon welded collector coil SS inside & capable of removing over 1.25 litrs of water in 24 hours, CFC free refrigeration system to cool collector to – 75°C ±30°C. Branded ISI mark compressors.
Temperature and Vacuum Monitoring: Microprocessor based Digital LED temp. display of ice trap and digital pirani gauge vacuum display
Shelf freeze dryer has a facility to run freezing cycle to freeze the sample up to -50°C or below. Controlled and uniform Heating facility to enhance the evaporation rate for quick and uniform drying
Auto start for Vacuum Pump: Built in auto start for vacuum pump at -55°C condenser temp. (Vacuum pump and condenser interlock for better life of vacuum Pump). Interlocking take care for moisture in collector chamber area
Sample Shelf Freezing; sample can be freezed over shelf upto temp. -50 °C. before subjecting to drying cycle
