Oven Universal

The chamber has a double-walled design with an outer chamber made of mild steel (M.S.) that is painted or powder-coated. The space between the outer and inner walls is filled with glass wool insulation to minimize heat transfer. The inner wall is made of stainless steel.

Construction:

The Oven Universal has a double-walled design with mild steel outer chamber (painted/powder-coated), glass wool insulation, and stainless steel inner wall.

Heating Elements:

Manufacturers place the heating elements in ribs on the bottom and sides of the chamber to ensure uniform heating. These heating elements enable temperature control within a range starting from 5℃ above the ambient temperature and going up to 250℃.

Ventilation of Oven :

Oven Universal is built with adjustable air ventilators fitted on both sides. These ventilators help regulate air circulation within the chamber.

Temperature Control:

The temperature is controlled by a PID temperature controller and indicator. This controller maintains the desired temperature with an accuracy of ±0.5℃, meaning the actual temperature should remain within half a degree Celsius of the setpoint.

Timer:

The Oven Universal features a fitted timer that allows users to set specific time durations for temperature control. Electrical Requirements: The setup operates on a 220 Volts, 50 Hz AC power supply.

Additional Features of Oven Universal:

The Oven  includes a main switch, a pilot lamp to indicate power status, and perforated shelves for placing items inside the chamber.
